We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping)

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and used for return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee applies (waived for damaged/defective items)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Instructions: If approved, we’ll email you return shipping instructions and an RMA number
- Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and ship it to our Las Vegas warehouse
- Receive Refund/Exchange: We’ll process your request after inspecting the returned item
Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Product cost minus 15% restocking fee (and original shipping costs if applicable)
- Bank Processing: May take 3-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Damaged or Defective Items
