At Othe Seat Sofa Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of delivery.

Note: Due to the custom nature of our sectional sofas (both 2-piece and 3+ piece configurations), these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other products (2-seater sofas, loveseats, and benches) are eligible for returns.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and used for return shipping
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns (excluding damaged/defective items)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return (use the template below)
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Receive Instructions: If approved, we’ll email you return shipping instructions and an RMA number
  4. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and ship it to our Las Vegas warehouse (you’ll receive the address with your approval)
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Your refund will be for the product cost minus the 15% restocking fee (and original shipping costs if applicable)
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you or provide a full refund if preferred.

International Returns

For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees from your bank
